Understanding the Coaching Process

Coaching is a great form of accountability and allows you to work through challenges while being action-oriented. It's supportive, non-judgmental, and even fun. Here's an example of what the coaching process will look like:


​Schedule a complimentary consultation: 

Before our call, you'll fill out a health and wellness history form. During our call, we'll discuss your goals, motivations, and expectations for our coaching partnership. We'll create your wellness vision to define your best self and we'll begin an action plan with both long-term and short-term goals.


Choose your cadence:

Grata Drop Ins: Personalized support and guidance in each session to develop your wellness vision with strategic goal setting. It's a lighter commitment and designed for a busy schedule.

Grata Signature: Our signature 3-month coaching program includes weekly sessions to develop your wellness vision, create personalized action plans, and provide ongoing texting support, resources, and more.

Ongoing support: I am your guide and accountability partner throughout this journey. In the Grata Signature Program, my support continues outside of our sessions through texting and shared platforms.

Grata Wellness Coaching Offerings

1 / Grata Drop-Ins

​Individual Sessions with Support and Guidance

  • 30-minute sessions: $115 per session

  • 60-minute session: $199 per session

2 / Grata Package

Three 60-minute sessions: $549 total (discounted from $597)

Features: 

  • Development of wellness vision and strategic goal setting

  • Complimentary “How to Prioritize Your Well-Being Workbook” 

  • Informative tips and prompts for reflection

  • Self-Care Action Plan included

3 / Grata Signature

Monthly Package: Four 60-minute sessions per month for a 3 month period: $699 per month
Features:

  • Personalized action plans after each session including development of wellness vision and strategic goal setting

  • Ongoing texting support for more structure and accountability

  • A variety of resources including habit tracking, food prep, recipe recommendations, and other materials including

  • Guided meditations and breathwork

  • Complimentary “How to Prioritize Your Well-Being Workbook”

  • Informative tips and prompts for reflection

  • Self-Care Action Plan included​​
