Love is alllll around us! It’s within friendships, family, and in the way we care for ourselves. A reminder for today and every day that our capacity to love others starts with the way we show up for ourselves.

How are you showing yourself some love today?

I used to dread Mondays, waking up early, and the start of the workday. Now I love what I do🩵 The biggest shift for me has been realizing that I get to define my own joy, success, and what an optimal life looks like. You have the power to build a life that excites you to wake up every morning! What will you do next?

Mountain time 🏔️💙 There’s nothing like fresh air, big views, and a little perspective to remind you that wellness isn’t just about routines or to-do lists. It’s about moments when you feel ALIVE, joyful, and fully present. Where’s your happy place?

Lately I’ve been making a (not-so) simple shift: starting my mornings without immediately checking my phone. Instead of diving into notifications, I take a few moments to just be.

Throughout the day, I’m reminding myself to be fully in whatever I’m doing, whether it’s a walk, a conversation, or even the simplest routines. No rushing to the next thing. No distractions pulling me away from now.

One of my favorite things about traveling is the way it allows me to slow down and truly savor every meal. On a recent trip, I was reminded of how nourishing food is more than just fuel. It’s an experience, a connection to the land, and a moment of presence.

Mornings started with fresh tropical fruit and meals were leisurely, meant to be enjoyed, and not rushed.

Back home, I’m carrying that same intentionality into my meals:
🥭Choosing seasonal, whole foods that make me feel my best
🌺Working on eating without distractions
🍹Remembering that food is not just about nutrients, but also about enjoyment, connection, and well-being

A piece of advice my dad gave me that I try to lean into every day. Be a palm tree. Be rooted in your values while allowing yourself to adapt and go with the flow🌴🌊🏝️
